Having multiple instructors from different states/areas allowed for learning multiple ways and ideas to accomplish the same objective. Instructors were knowledgeable but not "know it all's." The instructors learning the student's names was a great point.

The material is comprehensive and the hands-on experience is more realistic than any training I've ever received. What completes the whole package though is the instructors. Their wealth of knowledge and dedication towards their misssion is evident.
