This should be mandatory for Alabama POST and I will be making that suggestion. It should also be taught to all university Police Departments as well as school resource officers.

Best trainers I have ever run across. I have been in law enforcement since the early 90's and feel this course and these trainers have benefited me personally more than any other. There was no wasted time during this training. It opened up some of our eyes to many deficient areas that need to be worked on.

I am trying to put together an educational program to help the public help us in the event of an Active Shooter Situation. Not teaching any tactics, just want them to know how to protect themselves and get out of harm's way quickly. I am planning on targeting the churches in my jurisdiction first and then some of the businesses. Anybody else doing this or got any suggestions on where to gather some research material?
